Claim Your Exhibit Space
AAS meetings are dynamic gatherings of professional astronomers from around the world. We anticipate this summer meeting will boast around 1,000 participants from all sectors of the astronomical sciences. Claim your space in the Exhibit Hall to put your organization’s products and services in front of this impressive crowd! The summer meeting Exhibit Hall fills up very quickly, so reserve your booth early. Sponsors and AAS Corporate Members have the first choice on their booth placement — please make sure your membership is up to date to receive the lowest exhibitor rates. Placing your order by the advanced deadline of 20 March is another way to save! Learn more about becoming an exhibitor at AAS 242.

Become a Meeting Sponsor
Becoming an AAS meeting sponsor is a great way to increase exposure for your organization and to show your support for the work and mission of the Society. Sponsor packages are available at multiple levels and the AAS staff will work with you to maximize your sponsorship budget. Contact Rod Nenner, AAS director of strategic partnerships, for more information, or visit the Exhibitors & Sponsors page of the meeting website.

Explore Albuquerque
Have some summer fun in town at the Albuquerque Summerfest or refresh your space journey in Old Town Albuquerque at the New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science. Feeling adventurous? Take a sunrise hot air balloon flight (or make a visit to a hot air balloon museum if actual hot air balloons are too scary). We’ll have everything covered — watch your inbox and the meeting website for more fun activities in and around Albuquerque while AAS 242 takes place!
